WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND TIMES FOR THE CLASSES?
Classes are held every Monday evening in the church gym located on the west side of the building nearest Garnett. Beginners meet at 5:30 pm for an hour, intermediate and advanced at 6:30 pm for an hour. and Krav Maga classes for adults meet at 7:30 p.m.

WHO IS THE HEAD INSTRUCTOR?
Sensei Patti Lester has been teaching for more than 30 years, holds an 8th degree black belt with ABKA, 4th degree with Apollo Cook (kickboxing), and is a 5th level Krav Mana instructor.
WHAT ABOUT THE CLASSES THAT ARE OFFERED?
Kid’s Class: Children must be at least 7 years old to join.
Teen and Adults: There are multiple instructors and assistants which allows for individual attention and some independent training.
Krav Maga: This style focuses on pure practical self-defense.
